We Wash It will exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each laundry bag. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering and dry cleaning we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We Wash It’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. Services expire two years from the date of purchase.
If you are not home at the time of your scheduled pick-up or delivery and/or the driver has to return at another time an additional charge of $23.75 will be added to your total order. In addition, there is a minimum charge of 15lbs per laundry order for non-wholesale customers. Clean Club accounts will have a 20 lb deduction if the load is less than 15lbs. Wholesale customers will have a minimum charge of 15 lbs per bag regardless of the wholesale customers individual contract. If ever there is a problem with your returned laundry we must be notified within 24 Hours. In the event of loss or damage (laundry or Dry Cleaning), the liability of We Wash It Laundry Services, Inc. is limited to FIVE TIMES THE INDIVIDUAL CHARGE PER ARTICLE or weight of the laundry that was picked up. Zippers, Buttons, Snaps and any hanging or decorative parts of a garment the laundry cannot be held responsible. If you give us permission through email or text to drop off your laundry or dry cleaning at any address on or off campus this removes any liability for missing laundry or dry cleaning from We Wash It Laundry Services, Inc.
